1. Acceptance
By accessing or using fugitiveintelligence.com, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. “Fugitive Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.
2. Website status and developing capabilities
The website describes the company’s strategy, intended offerings, developing platform capabilities, service concepts, and founding-customer program. Product names, architecture, modules, features, deployment models, pricing, availability, timelines, and performance may change.
Statements such as “designed to,” “building,” “intended,” “founding release,” and similar language identify forward-looking or developing capabilities. Nothing on the public site creates a commitment to deliver a feature or service unless it is included in a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful business evaluation, research, internal education, and communication with Fugitive Intelligence. You may print and share the public field resources inside your organization. Attribution is appreciated when public materials are redistributed outside your organization.
You may not:
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, exploit, or bypass the site or its security controls without prior written authorization;
- submit malware, automated spam, deceptive inquiries, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to provide;
- use the site to violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, export, sanctions, or other applicable laws;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Fugitive Intelligence or imply endorsement without written permission;
- copy the brand, site, or materials in a way that creates a confusingly similar service, source, or identity; or
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
4. Materials, brand, and intellectual property
The site’s text, design, original logo, graphics, code, resource structure, product names, slogans, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Fugitive Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Fugitive Intelligence,” “Fugitive Control,” “Keep AI on mission,” “Every agent. Every action. Under control,” and associated marks and materials may not be used as source identifiers, product names, domain names, advertising keywords, or branding without written permission.
The Press & Brand Kit grants a limited, revocable permission to use the supplied logo assets solely for accurate editorial coverage, approved partner materials, or other nominative reference to Fugitive Intelligence, subject to the usage boundaries stated on that page.
5. Inquiries, feedback, and submissions
Do not submit passwords, credentials, exploit details, regulated personal data, protected health information, payment-card data, trade secrets, source code, or information subject to a confidentiality obligation through the public inquiry form.
Unless a separate written confidentiality agreement applies, public website inquiries and unsolicited feedback are not confidential. You retain ownership of your information, but you authorize us to use it to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, operate and protect the site, and develop our business and offerings without identifying you publicly.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, customer, fiduciary, professional, partnership, agency, employment, or other special relationship.
6. No professional advice or certification
Website materials are general information and do not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, insurance, investment, accounting, clinical, or other professional advice. Security checklists, field guides, scores, and examples are not certifications, guarantees, audit opinions, legal determinations, or predictions of loss.
You remain responsible for evaluating your systems, risks, obligations, and decisions with qualified advisers and authorized testing.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PUBLIC MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUGITIVE INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the site will prevent attacks, identify every risk, remain uninterrupted, or meet any particular legal, audit, procurement, insurance, or compliance requirement.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUGITIVE INTELLIGENCE AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC SITE OR MATERIALS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so the applicable limit may differ.
9. Third-party infrastructure and references
The website uses hosting, domain, network, and email infrastructure supplied by service providers. References to third-party standards, frameworks, products, or companies are informational and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or warranty.
10. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict or block access, preserve evidence, report activity, or pursue available remedies when we reasonably believe use of the site violates these terms, threatens security, interferes with operations, infringes rights, or violates law.
11. Changes
We may update the site and these terms as the company, offerings, or legal requirements evolve. The revised version will identify a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
12. General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement regarding the public website and do not replace a separately signed agreement.
13. Contact
