1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how the operator of fugitiveintelligence.com, referred to as “Fugitive Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” handles information associated with this public website, its inquiry form, and direct website-related communications.
This notice does not govern information processed under a separate customer, consulting, pilot, employment, vendor, or nondisclosure agreement. Those relationships may include additional terms and notices.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit
The inquiry form can collect your name, company, role, business email, selected topic, message, consent confirmation, and a randomly generated submission reference. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, exploit details, protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or confidential customer data through the public form.
Security and delivery information
To protect the form and diagnose delivery, the site may process a privacy-preserving cryptographic hash of the request IP address, a truncated browser user-agent string, submission timing, a first-party form-security token, mail-delivery status, and rate-limit records. The contact record does not intentionally store the raw IP address.
Hosting logs
The hosting infrastructure may generate ordinary web-server, security, error, and access logs containing request time, IP address, requested path, browser information, response status, and similar operational data. Log handling and retention can also be affected by the hosting provider’s infrastructure and account settings.
3. Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics cookies, social media pixels, cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or remote marketing tags.
When you visit or submit the contact form, the site uses a first-party session cookie named fi_session. It is limited to form security and temporary confirmation state, uses the HttpOnly and SameSite protections, is marked Secure when the site is accessed over HTTPS, and expires when the browser session ends.
The browser-based exposure diagnostic on the homepage calculates its result locally. Answers are not submitted to the server or stored by the site.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- evaluate and respond to inquiries;
- discuss exposure reviews, pilots, briefings, vendor assurance, media requests, or other services;
- protect the site, prevent automated abuse, investigate errors, and maintain availability;
- preserve business records and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
- comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- improve the clarity, security, and usefulness of our website and offerings using direct feedback rather than behavioral advertising profiles.
We do not sell personal information and do not use public website inquiries for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Sharing and service providers
The website is intentionally self-contained, but it necessarily relies on infrastructure providers for domain, hosting, network, security, and email delivery. Those providers may process limited technical or message information as needed to provide their services.
We may also disclose information:
- to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests;
- to protect rights, safety, systems, users, or the public;
- in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards; or
- with your direction or consent.
We do not embed third-party scripts, advertisements, analytics services, CRM forms, chat widgets, scheduling tools, CDNs, or remote font services on this website.
6. Retention
Website inquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is needed for an active business discussion, contract, legal obligation, security investigation, dispute, or rights protection. Unqualified or spam submissions may be deleted sooner.
Temporary form-security sessions expire at the end of the browser session. Rate-limit records are designed around a rolling one-hour window and may remain as small protected files until routine maintenance removes them. Hosting logs follow the hosting account’s operational and security settings.
7. Security
The site uses measures including HTTPS redirection, restrictive security headers, a content security policy, same-origin controls, CSRF protection, bot timing checks, a honeypot field, hashed-IP rate limiting, input length and format validation, protected local storage, output encoding, and no remote JavaScript dependencies.
No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. Use direct email to coordinate a safer transfer method before sending sensitive, regulated, proprietary, or exploit-related information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about the handling of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise a request, contact us using the address below and provide enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required or permitted by law.
9. Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children and is not intended to collect personal information from anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information through the site.
10. International processing
Website and email infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we will use appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for relevant business relationships.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website, company, services, or legal requirements evolve. The revised version will identify a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
